RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final and replacement of an item may not be possible due to the limited availability of merchandise.
Orders over $100.00 will require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, as signatures cannot be obtained with this type of shipping address. We appreciate your understanding. If an item is returned to us due to invalid mailing address or unavailability of a signer, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

A great deal of care went into the selection, packing and shipping of your purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify One Peaceful Night LLC by email at Onepeacefulnightshop@gmail.com upon receipt of the order. We will provide instructions as to how to get a claim number from One Peaceful Night LLC, and specific requirements for returning a damaged product.
(Please save all packaging! You must mail back the broken item(s) in the original package. This is required, as it will assist us in filing an insurance claim. A claim may be filed with UPS or the USPS. Failure to adhere to the requirements will VOID your claim for a replacement or refund.)

Refunds, replacement or credits will be processed upon receipt of the damaged merchandise in a timely manner. Refunds do not cover shipping and packaging costs. We appreciate your understanding.
